An establishment is outside the jurisdiction of Nager Negam. Is registration of this establishment required under the Shop and Establishment Act in Uttar Pradesh?
Yes, registration is required under the UP Shop Act. Every shop and commercial establishment is mandatory to be registered, except for some listed in the abovesaid Act. What kind of shop do you own and where is it.
