Per the Telegraph Amendment Notification dated November 4, 2004, your industry falls under government control, with the Central Government acting as the controlling authority. I am unable to attach the notification here, but I can send it to you via email.

I work as an article in an advocate's firm. I need a notification stating that any matters related to the Controlled Industry cannot be heard before the Labor Court.
