Regarding HR Project - Hr Projects

Hi friends,
I'm studying MBA & I want to do project in HR. Yesterday I went to company, they gave project in HR & they said to submit project proposal. I know about project proposal format only, but I don't know how make proposal in HR oriented.
Now how can I make frame for my project. In what aspect can I cover the project????

What project did they give you in HR, which is a vast field? Do they have any problem that needs a solution? Or do they have a problem that needs study to identify the root cause or do they want to explore a certain area?
What do you mean by " ..know about project proposal format only, but I don't know how make proposal in HR oriented."? There is no difference in the format for project proposal irrespective of the topic you chose. Dear Sir/Madam,
Thanks sir, i asked about proposal, they said, " Implementing of new system to company, because at present they are following the traditional method. So you make questionnaire for employee how well the new system impact to employee."
So i want set questionnaire for cover of all field like performance appraisal, employee engagement, culture, politics...
I want to ask the employee whether they accept the new system or not???
Can you suggest any idea's of making questionnaire????

Thanks for the info. When did they give this information. Why did you not say what they said in your first message. Even now, what you have given is not sufficient to guide you. For example, what do you (or they) mean by " Implementing of new system to company, because at present they are following the traditional method. So you make questionnaire for employee how well the new system impact to employee."? How much time have you got? How large is the organisation and how many people and the different levels are involved?
Do you not have tutor/supervisor that is supposed to guide you? Where are you pursuing the course and in what mode?
Please search the web to see if any similar studies have been reported and how they went about it.
