Hi all, I am from an arts background looking forward to doing my MBA. I have a whole lot of queries!! 😱

1. Whether Symbiosis or Narsee Monjee is a good place to start with MBA. Please lead me one way?

2. I want to do my MBA in finance or HR? Which is better? I heard that for arts students finance is tough.

3. Is a dual MBA a better option, or is doing International Business and specializing within IB in HR or Finance better?

4. Which MBA specialization gives you scope abroad?

5. Narsee Monjee has an MBA in Capital Markets. What scope does a course like this have?

Well, it doesn't matter what background you are coming from. I think it depends on where you want to land eventually. An MBA is basically for those who want to start their own business or perhaps work in the corporate field. It provides comprehensive theoretical as well as practical exposure to the required skills and expertise. A wonderful course for a bright career, definitely!

Where to get admission is secondary; first, you need to prepare yourself for the entrance tests if you want to pursue a full-time MBA. Otherwise, there are plenty of options for distance learning programs. After getting into an MBA, you will be in the best position to decide on the specialization aspect.
