Waiting for a Response After HR Round at Mahindra Satyam: Is This Normal?

Hi there, I have completed my HR round at Mahindra Satyam. Following the technical round, the HR mentioned that the tech round went well. Subsequently, I had the HR round, which also went smoothly given my experience as a professional. However, it has been a week since I last heard from them. The HR informed me that they would reach out to the delivery head and then get back to me, but I have not received any calls so far.

You must get a call if you clear all rounds. MS people have got lots of projects, some of which are in the pipeline.

Wait two more weeks; I hope this is what we can do.

If they are not approaching you, you should call and ask politely for the clear feedback. Always communicate, which will solve all your confusion.

Supriya, you need to format your resume. Why is your CV completely in bold text? Please note that a nicely scripted CV is the first step to obtaining an appointment for an interview. You may find a lot of sample CVs and queries related to resumes/CVs. Do search and modify your CV accordingly.
