Considering HR Training at Ajax Management? Seeking Advice on Its Value and Alternatives

Hi friends, just help me out. Will doing HR training in Ajax Management help me? Are there any other institutes like this?

If you are going just for some kind of HR knowledge, then it is okay. Not good, but if you think they will provide you any job or job assistance, then you are landing in the wrong place (all that 100% job placement is just to attract people).

After your training, they will never even want to see you.

I would suggest not doing the training in Ajax Management. The training they provide is useless. You can acquire those learnings from books. They do not assist with placements or help in securing a job. As Ritika rightly mentioned, after the training, they will not want to see you again. It is just a waste of money. Please do not invest your money there.

I almost got enrolled in Ajax, but fortunately, I decided against it. If you are in Bangalore by any chance, try Ripples. They are a dedicated bunch of people.

Even I also planned to join there, but somebody suggested me not to join. Think twice before making a decision and also let me know if you find a good training center.

Dear Giri, Thanks for your information. I have finished my MSW (HR). I too planned to do a course in Ajax. After reading these discussions, I have dropped that idea. Do you know any other good institution?
