I have completed MBA in HRM with 1 year of experience in a concrete testing lab with the last CTC of 198,000/-. I am currently expecting a CTC of 3 LPA. I am now looking to change my job. I have experience in recruitment, maintaining employee details file and MIS reports, calculating salary, preparing salary slips, induction, joining formality, etc. I am currently trying to crack interviews. Please suggest interview tips and formats for aptitude tests.
