Amazing...I am really wondering about the genuineness of questions posted in this site forum. Some has asked for Apples to which someone has given Oranges to which still someone else has replied "thank you".
Wondering if I am in Wonderland!

ya true it was surprising to me tooooooooo. Initially I was confused and checked twice and then I replied to Jazz.
Lets not mislead people ya, if we know the answer we should answer instead of posting wrong answers

I have completed MBA in HRM with 1yr Exp in concrete testing lab with last CTC 198000/- Now expt. CTC 3lpa . Now I want to change my job I have experience recruitment, maintaining employee details file and MIS report , calculating salary and preparing salary slip, induction, joining formality etc. but now trying to Crack interview . Please suggest me interview tips with formats of aptitudes test.
