My question is how many techniques or kinds of PA (Performance Appraisal) do we have to date, e.g., 90; 120; 360 degree, etc.? And which one should we use in which condition, with a detailed procedure to implement. Any presentation or book would be an additional advantage for me if anyone could provide.
