Exploring Performance Appraisal Methods: Which One Fits Your Needs Best?

My question is how many techniques or kinds of PA (Performance Appraisal) do we have to date, e.g., 90; 120; 360 degree, etc.? And which one should we use in which condition, with a detailed procedure to implement. Any presentation or book would be an additional advantage for me if anyone could provide.

The technique widely used is the 360-degree feedback, but now we also hear about one more technique being used in the ITES area, i.e., the bell-shaped curve technique.

This is not a new technique. I am quite aware of this. The new concept is 720 degrees. If you have any information, please share it.
