I have been given an assignment to conduct "A COMPARATIVE STUDY ON THE PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF DIFFERENT BANKS."

I am seeking guidance from you all on how to proceed with this topic. I would highly appreciate if any of you could provide me with a survey form to conduct a comparative study on the Performance Management System of different banks.
