Seeking Genuine SAP HR Training in Pune: Can Anyone Recommend a Reliable Institute?

Hi, I need to do SAP HR from Pune. I know some of the institutes from Pune, but none of them sounds authentic. There is one GENOVATE, but it charges a big amount for a 5-week full-time course. So can anyone from Pune or elsewhere guide me on where I can pursue this? Does this institute provide any placement guarantee or assistance? I am having around two years of experience in HR and recruitment. Kindly suggest.

Record of Sysplex Technologies and Delphi comptech are not very in market, so please do verification before you join any institute.
I was planning to join Sysplex Tech., but one of my colleagues, who had done a course from GENOVATE, advised me that don't go for Sysplex, and delphi is black listed but they provide online training.
If I'll get any information about same, I'll intimate accordingly.

GENOVATE is an SAP training partner. Besides classroom training, they also offer an E-learning option in the SAP HR module. You can opt for the same. It costs less than half of the regular classroom module and is specifically meant for working professionals. You have the option of finishing the course in 5 months.

You can go for Spectraforce. It's actually not a training institute, but it conducts aptitude tests, and those who are shortlisted will be given training in SAP. During this period, you will be paid a stipend, and they will place you on the client list. I heard about this from one of my friends. There are so many institutes in Hyderabad, but the authorized one is Siemens. But again, I don't want to suggest you go to an authorized institute because these people only provide material. If you want that material, you can also get it at Ameerpet xerox shops. Tell them you are looking for Siemens material. Now, come to the point, if you want to go for SAP, be prepared with a PC at home. Because once you go to the institute, you will do theory and practicals. But according to me, I suggest that when you come back home, do the practice. It will be fruitful for you, okay? You can do one thing, find a good faculty, not just an institute, okay? So that according to that, you can go to that institute, alright? However, even I have done it from Ameerpet. After joining, whatever problems I faced, I don't want them to be repeated with you. I would like to share an experience that I encountered after completing a course in SAP HR. I was eager to get into SAP HR and joined a training institute in Ameerpet for Rs. 10,000. However, after finishing the course, I realized how challenging it is to secure a job in SAP because no company was willing to hire freshers, and falsifying experience is not the right approach. I felt deceived by the institute's staff as they had promised to provide assistance. My sincere advice is to avoid joining any institutes in Ameerpet as they lack quality and do not employ faculty with real-time experience. If you have aspirations to work in SAP, I recommend staying away from the Ameerpet area.

The best approach is to gain domain experience for at least 2 years and seek out companies that hire freshers or individuals with domain expertise, and then provide training on the relevant module.

I hope this information is helpful to those of you who are determined to pursue a career in SAP.
