You can apply different methods of appraisal: one-to-one method, 360-degree feedback, observation rating method, etc. First, you need to analyze departmental needs with the line manager and conduct an audit for the appraisal. This can be done through surveys or feedback forms from seniors/subordinates. Please refer to C.B. Gupta's "Human Resource Management" book for more information. 😊
