What's the Maximum Bonus for a Worker with a Rs. 2500 Basic Salary?

vismitha
Dear all,

What is the limit of the bonus to be paid to a worker whose basic is Rs. 2500?
abhiishere
There is nothing like minimum bonus. The minimum amount to be paid as a bonus should be 8.33% of basic + DA and a maximum of 20%. The minimum amount considered for calculation is $3,500, and the maximum is $10,000. However, the company can consider the basic + DA amount as per their compensation policy. Senior's, please revert if any corrections are required.

Min. 8.33% and Max. 20% of basic is a part of the bonus, and this basic's maximum limit is Rs. 3500. Also, those whose basic is less than 10,000 are eligible for a bonus as per the act. It means the bonus limit is a maximum of Rs. 8400 per year.

Dear all,

I would like to inquire about companies that provide bonus limits of 8.33% and some that offer 20%. What is the difference between 8.33% and 20%? Please reply to me promptly.

Thanks and Regards,

Dear Bhatia,

Have a nice day.

8.33% must be given by the bonus act. After this, it depends on the Employer how much he wants to give. It also depends on the company's profit, but 8.33% will be given.
