I am looking to find out the basic intricacies of giving Form V under the Contract Labour Act, 1970, to contractors at the time of the license process. Your views would be deeply appreciated.
This is just to inform the Labor Department that the Principal Employer has deployed a new contractor, and thus, a license can be issued.
