I am MBA - HR from correspondence, SAP - HR certified with 5 years of experience in core HR. Now i am planning to go for Six Sigma Green belt. How beneficial it will be for me. Can anybody help me with it...

Yes. Six Sigma is one of the good certification. with this u can reduce no.of errors in your work.

It all depends upon what you want to do and where. Ask the question what you want to do and how SixSigma certification will help you achieve that. Knowledge gained will not be a waste, but money spent in gaining a certificate will be, unless you get opportunity to apply and get recognition.
