Need an urgent guidance from you all.
I am working with 'A' company and gave my resignation to my Immediate superior on 10th Jun cc to his superior too, but dint marked the mail to HR.
Company is having a clause of Serving 2 months notice period. Now I have got struck as my boss is angru with this non-discussed resgination and creating problem and he is threatning me to serve 2 months notice period. I have given notice period till 30th Jun seeing that I have 30 accumulated leaves, which can get adjusted, moreover if something I will have to payback then I am ready for that too.
Please suggest what I need to do so that I get my resignation acceptance and F&F shettlement done.
