Seeking Recommendations for Correspondence Courses in Training and Development for HR Professionals

I have completed M.Com and MBA in HRM, with 4 years of experience as an HR Generalist. I am looking to enhance my skills in Training and Development. Could anyone recommend a good institute offering a Degree or Diploma course in this field? I prefer to pursue it through correspondence.
