I have chosen "Motivation and Performance" as the topic for my HR project. I would appreciate your help in providing me with a sample questionnaire related to this topic. Is it recommended to use Likert's scale for the questionnaire? Additionally, I am curious to know whether we should use the same parameters for rating (such as agree, disagree, etc.) for all the questions, or if we can utilize appropriate parameters like "very much," "moderate," "little" based on the nature of the questions.
