Hi, I am working in a KPO and planning to have some spot awards for employee engagement and motivation. Please guide me for the same.

You first will need to decide on the budget. There are certain innovative spot awards that help employees feel good. Too many spot awards will take the shine off these initiatives. Some that I can think of are Appreciation Cards, Thank You Cards, Smiley Balls, and You Made My Day badges.

We recognize people who receive the maximum number of appreciation cards during the annual reward and recognition awards ceremony night.
