Struggling with Balanced Scorecard Project Structure – Can Anyone with Experience Help?

I am a student in MBA and I conducted my project on Balanced Scorecard. The actual process involves studying the company's environment and processes from all perspectives. The next step is to analyze the organization's vision, then develop a strategy map and break down the strategies into simple activities related to the processes. Following this, objectives, measures, targets, and initiatives are assigned. One of the main challenges you may encounter is setting up measures.
