Dear Seniors, This is my first post. One of my friends recommended this site. I have a query regarding the TPO profile (Training and Placement Officer). Seniors, I have completed my MBA in Marketing and HR with ten months of experience in coaching at a private institute. I went for an interview for a part-time lecturer position at a Management College, but I was offered the TPO profile. As this is my first job in a management institute, I agreed to it.

Understanding the TPO Profile

The fact is, I am not clear about the TPO profile and its role in the college. The college did not provide me with any information about it. Kindly help me and let me know what the role of a TPO is in colleges. Please, seniors, help me.

Thank you.
