Frustrated with Delayed PF Claim Processing: How Can I Resolve This Issue?

My name is M. Menaka. My PF number is 17688, establishment code is MH/35679, and my employee ID is 24110. I resigned from the company on 10th December 2008. I submitted Form No. 19 and Form No. 10C a few days later. However, I only received the PF acknowledgement on 19th November 2009. Yet, whenever I check the PF status, the response is always the same, stating that "your claim has not yet been received by the office." I have attached the acknowledgment copy for your reference. Kindly verify my actual status and inform me about when the amount will be credited to my account.

Dear Sir, I am still unable to get the status in EPFO. When I enter the code, it shows "data not found" with the code DL 7678/3697. Please help.
