According to the Provident Fund Act, out of the employer's contribution of 12%, 8.33% goes to the Pension fund, and 3.67% goes to the Provident Fund. You can check the act and confirm.

Dear Madam Shweta Nair,

I am heartily thankful to you for helping not only one person but all HR members, especially those who are in the learning phase or are new. I believe you will continue to provide such valuable data in the future as well.

Madam, I also require some ESI data in a similar manner.

Best Regards,
