Hi, Research on Training & Development. There are a total of four parts to the questionnaire.

1. Interview and responses of the people from HR/Training Department responsible for handling Training interventions.
2. The next three parts are meant for employees who undergo training from time to time. It is divided into three parts - A, B, C.
3. PART - A: Consists of questions for participants with respect to the need analysis.
4. PART - B: Assesses their views about the organization of training programs.
5. PART - C: Assesses participants' views about the evaluation of the effectiveness of the training programs.
