Hi Rahul,

Very good presentation. Just if certain new techniques are added in the structural interventions (techno-structural), it would be great. For example, job shadowing, job sculpting, and mentoring. The type of job and demands from it are changing. How does OB rise to the occasion so that employees do not reach a plateau and do not perform as per expectations? Suddenly, the job seems less challenging, less rewarding, or somehow the employee believes he/she is not getting what he wants. Great work. All the best.
