Seeking Advice on Crafting a BPO Offer Letter: What Should I Include and Avoid?

gayathri.deepak
Hi friends, I am just learning about post-recruitment activities in a corporate setting and have recently transitioned to pre-recruitment after 1.5 years of experience. I would appreciate it if you could provide guidance on a concise format for an offer letter tailored to a BPO firm, including the norms, do's, and don'ts. I am looking forward to your supportive replies.

I was involved in pre-recruitment earlier and am now engaged in both post and pre-recruitments. According to my knowledge, the offer letter is the document that carries your company's information and policies. There are several elements, and it depends on the company as well. Three main things are crucial in the offer:

Annexure - A

- Displays the name and address of the candidate
- CTC in words & figures
- DOJ - Date of joining
- DOF - Date of Offer
- Authorized Signatory

Annexure - B

- Breakdown of the CTC components like Basic, HRA, LTA, and so on.

Annexure - C

- Dictates the rules, regulations, and policies.
- Duties, Probation Period, Review of work, Expenses, PF, Leave, Confidentiality, Retirement, and so on.

I will come back to you shortly if I have any formats.

Regards,
Hari

Hi Mr. Hari,

Thank you for your information. Could you provide me with a sample or format of Annexure A in the offer letter? I look forward to your reply.
