Yes, as per tamilnadu ESI act updates you have to submit the ESI for them(comes under below 15000) and there is no extra activities. so follow up the previous procedure.

Esi is applicable when there are more than 20 members if it is a manufacturing unit so you have not specified your activity the esic act has amended the coverage from Rs.10,000 to 15,000 so you have to pay esionly foer the employees coming below thelimit for any clarification you can go through the website www.esic.nic or you can find out your local esi ossice which covers your area you can go &directly approach &get the information required what has to be done further &then take a decision then you can contact consultants if you feel so
