Can Companies Legally Act Against Street Harassment Near Their Premises?

Hi all,
I just want to know is there any law or can company take a action against street boys (those who misbehave with ladies) as recently one of our colleague met an accident with some boys who were misbehaving with her while going to home near companies premises.
Please guide…
