Can anyone please tell me what is a charter of demand and under which section it falls? I just heard this term but I really don't know much about it. I need your help.

Understanding the Charter of Demand (COD)

COD means Charter of Demand, which is provided by the employer-recognized union. It is a list of demands they want to implement in the organization, such as wage increases and other facilities like DA (Dearness Allowance), HRA (House Rent Allowance), canteen, transport, incentives, welfare, mediclaim, and so on.
