I have a question - my personal experience..?
1) What is the Dutys and Role of HR Department when they want to terminate any of there emplyee from the company without notice period, with out warning letter and with out intimations?
2) If the Emplyee is not satisfyed with the HR and Management Decision and the employee is asking for valid reason, proof and explanation then, insuch a case what is the role of HR Department?
3) And if the employee is following up for the same, for more than a month With the HR and Management but there is no responce for his questions.... Then in such a case what employee can do..?
He / She can file a case against company...? if yes where..? in mumbai.
