Useful project done for the year 2011. Congratulations..... I want to tell you one thing about your project. In ESI, the employee and employer contributions are 1.75% and 4.75% of the basic salary, respectively. This is your statement. Both contributions are based on gross salary, not basic salary. Please update that accordingly.
