Please tell me how to correlate competency mapping with performance appraisal and ultimately with increments. Is there any formula for generating training needs related to this?
Can you give a little more information on the type of competencies, whether they are generic or role-specific? Do you already have a competency map and just need the questionnaire for each competency?
