Pls tell me how to co-relate competency mapping with Performance appraisal and ultimatley to Increments with generating training needs is there any formula for the same

Can u give little more info on the type of competencies...
whether generic or role specific competencies...
Do u have a competency map already and just want the questionnaire for each competencies???

Dear Nidhi,
We can have the Key Result Areas (KRAs) or the Key Performance Areas (KPAs) for each person under one dept and set points for each. The head of the dept can be asked to review and put points that the employee may have gained against each KPA. Accordingly, the person getting lower or equal to 2 (in a 5 point scale) may be requiring training in that particular competency (eg communication) for which he is getting lower points in KPAs.
