I want to know the procedure and fees for getting registration under the Contract Labour Act in Maharashtra. Also, whose name should be mentioned on the DD or cheque?

Under the Contract Labour Act, you need to get your company registered if your company hires more than 20 employees in one premises. You need to have separate registration for each establishment, and the fees vary according to the number of contract employees.
