can any one tell me that in Construction companies gratuity Act is applicable for labour working on copany roll, if it is than what all are the rulse or things should be take care of

But those who was joined b/w the year & not completed 240 days means how could v calculate EL? this is My Question?

This is i want One more If the employee not completed 240 days and resigned with 200 worked days means How cud v calculate EL?
Is this Compulsary r not?
