Is This Offer Letter Correct And Standard.....? - ZIP Download

Dear SS,
Thanks a lot for your prompt responses. I've understood now, I'll have to take everything in written. I think the agreement should contain the CTC, CTC breakup, the rates and conditions at which the variables are to be given, the rules and regulations, leaves, holidays. Am I right? Is there anything else that should be mentioned.....?? I'll take these things into account and proceed accordingly in the future.
One more thing, there is a clause in my offer letter, that the employer can change the terms and conditions of the agreement anytime as per his requirement. Is this justified, does that happen..??

Dear Supriya,
The offer letter or contract should contain the monthly CTC with breakup. Variables may be included in the offer or might be written down in a seperate letter. Basic Rules will be mentioned but not all companies/ firms put down leaves and holidays. If they dont then You can ask for a list of holidays & leave eligiblity. Regarding the terms that "the employer can change the agreement" please include the clause "on mutually agreeable basis" and also "subject to prior notice". Anyways, all clauses if written or otherwise dont matter when one is leaving the job except the Notice Period and Final Clearance.

Suresh

Dear Suresh,
Thanks a lot for the useful information. As you told, I think everything should be in written form, whether it should be in the offer letter or separately, right? Coz I just wanna ensure that I don't trust on the verbal discussions regarding the things I mentioned, so that to some extent sound working terms & conditions are generated and I don't face issues after joining.....afterall job can't be changed frequently.....
Anyways, thanks a lot again for the guidance, it has helped me to clear the things.
Regards,
Supriya
