Please be informed of your tax obligations effective from 1st April 2010 regarding Tax Deducted at Source (TDS), as per the fresh notification issued by the Income Tax Department on 31.05.2010.

The detailed notification is attached herewith for the general guidance of all employers and salaried persons.
