Greetings!!

First of all, I must appreciate all of you for making it a knowledge-sharing platform. I have completed my PGDBA (HR) in 2008. Currently, I am working in the healthcare industry with over 2 years of experience. My KRAs include recruitment, employee engagement, employee servicing, training and development, and performance management system. Can anyone suggest when I should consider getting into the SAP HR module? What is the fee structure, placement opportunities, scope, etc.?
