Seeking Advice on Pursuing an MBA in HR While Working Full-Time: Is Distance Learning Right for Me?

Let me introduce myself to all of you. I am Raj, working as an Executive Secretary in a reputed Real Estate Group in Delhi. However, in order to gain more knowledge and for future growth, I want to pursue an MBA in HR. Unfortunately, while working, I am not in a position to join regular classes. Can you kindly suggest the best university where I can enroll? Would distance education be a better option for me? Also, do you think pursuing an MBA in HR is the right path for me? I have heard a lot about Symbiosis. Please reply to me at the earliest.

Pursuing an MBA in HR is a good option, but I am curious why you are transitioning from the real estate industry to HR. I would recommend opting for a regular course, considering that age and experience criteria are important factors. If you prefer distance education, you can consider IGNOU. This is solely my opinion.
