Please provide some more details about the study:
- Is this for a particular training program?
- What is your company's business?
- Who are the trainees?
- How many trainees have been trained for which you are trying to find out the effectiveness?
- Do you conduct any tests/evaluations for your trainees?

Erm... just wanna know, at which level do you want to implement your evaluation? Level 1, 2, 3, or 4? Level 1 involves activities such as pre and post-tests, moving up to level 4 for evaluating until we achieve a return on investment (ROI). For your information, there is a model of evaluation proposed by Kirkpatrick. From that, we can discuss more on how to proceed... 😄

I am Vasanth pursuing MBA and I am doing my project in Hyundai. My topic is "Effectiveness of Training" for one of the training programs among many. The name of the training program is "First Time Leaders." The content of the program includes:
- Managerial effectiveness
- Leadership styles, proactive leaders
- Decision-making skills
- Team dynamics and team performance
- Assertive leaders
- Understanding oneself, others, and goals

I don't know how to prepare a questionnaire to evaluate the effectiveness of the training program. I need help.

I am planning to do a project on the effectiveness of training. Could somebody help me with how to collect the details and prepare a questionnaire?

Please do not request finished projects or questionnaires on this forum without giving enough information.

Instead of asking for a completed project, please search CiteHr where some projects are attached. Then do a literature survey and formulate your aim and objectives for the research (in consultation with the host organization). You also need a conceptual framework for that. Decide what hypotheses you want to test.

If you have not done any of the above essential preparations for conducting a project, I would advise you to please do so and then pose a precise question.

My summer training in ICICI Lombard focused on understanding the "effectiveness of training programs at ICICI Lombard." I conducted this research in the marketing department on motor insurance employees. Normally, what training is provided to them, and how can we determine its effectiveness? A: Yes, this evaluation is for the Excel Training program conducted for our employees.

Q: What is your company's business?
A: Our company is a textile manufacturing company where the majority of people use Excel for creating reports or for analysis.

Q: Who are the trainees?
A: The trainees include employees at all levels, such as managerial staff, junior executives, and senior executives.

Q: How many trainees have been trained for which you are trying to assess effectiveness?
A: Approximately 300 trainees have undergone training.

Q: Do you conduct any tests/evaluations for your trainees?
A: Yes, we collected feedback through happy sheets initially. However, we now aim to evaluate the real impact of the training.
