from organization point of view : orrganizational status, production, profits, revenue, etc
and from employee point of view : Qualification, age, experience, knowledge, attitude, etc

In todays market the salary of an HR Executive who has done his full time 2 years MBA from any reputed university and i dont mean good college or institute should be more than or equal to 25k and for people who have done courses like executive MBA, distance MBA, e-MBA, online MBA or what so ever should be 10-15k. In India the value of legitimate and full time courses is reducing, so i request all HR people to please clerify that the MBA is fulltime 2 year or some addon useless course. Experience is not a substitute of Education but a catalyst.

For a fresh MBA graduate from quality institute, CTC should be around 3 lacs p.a. Other HR graduates can expect a starting salary of Rs.15,000 p.m. Rs.10000/- is only for a small company and not for a midsized company.

I think salary is no matter. Things depends on what he have for which we have to pay him. Because when a storm comes it destroys all the labels.
So i think salary should be given as per his work knowledge.
