That's a good suggestion, but can you please tell me what type of legal action a company can take if someone has submitted fake documents to fulfill the job requirement?
I haven't submitted any fake documents. There is no need to submit fake documentation if I have to apply for any position. However, I want to know because one of my friends has submitted a fake experience and a fake mark sheet to a company.
