Award Ceremony

Hi All,
I am into Admin department associated with a mid level IT Company. We are planning to celebrate award ceremony at our office premises in order to give recognition to the employees effort and also to motive them.
It will be appreciated if you people can suggest few interesting captions for nominations for (eg.Upcoming Performer, Budding Star)or any suggesting to make the evening memorable and enjoyable.

You can give awards like Mr./Ms. Punctual, Best Dress up (Male/Female)..
Its IT company so you can also give awards like Best R&D Person, Best Programmer/Designer...
I am also working with IT Company as HR.. Just before 2 months we have celebrated our Annual day with such type of awards.
