You can give awards like Mr./Ms. Punctual and Best Dressed Up (Male/Female). In an IT company, you can also give awards like Best R&D Person and Best Programmer/Designer. I am also working with an IT company as HR. Just two months ago, we celebrated our Annual Day with such types of awards.
