Struggling with MBA HRM Project Topics: Can Anyone Offer Guidance on Where to Start?

I am persuing my MBA - HRM from Symbiosis i want to submit a project.
following are the topics which are provided from institute. but i have no idea how to start & do project.

• Philosophy and Management of Human Resources in select large sized Indian Industries
• Leadership styles – A comparison of Indian and Foreign Banks in Pune
• Job satisfaction and Job involvement of employees in select Textile Mills in Gujarat
• Status of Industrial Relations and Implementation of Labor Welfare
• Measures in select Oil Mines
• HR Practices and Organizational Strategies in select IT companies in India
• 360 degree appraisal in ABC Corporation
• Potential appraisal in Maruti Udyog
• Strikes and lockouts in ABC
• Cross cultural issues in HR
• Industrial conflict
• Transfer and Promotional Strategies

can any one help me in this. i want to submit it urgently.

Thanks for the query. First, please let us know why you have to submit it urgently. When is the deadline? When did you first know about the need to submit the project report? Has Symbiosis given you any guidelines for undertaking the project? Assuming they have not, have you searched the web for guidelines issued by other institutions? Have you searched CiteHr? I have gone through some project reports on training and development, but it has created confusion for me.

I want to submit it urgently because I need to concentrate on my other exams held by the Maharashtra government. I want to finish this project as soon as possible.

SCDL has provided some points, and the project should be framed accordingly.

Firstly, it should have a proposal in the format (only 5-6 pages).

The proposal must include the following information:

- Title of the Project
- Objectives
- Need for the topic
- Methodology and Procedure of Work
- Statistical Techniques to be used (If any)
- Chapterization
- Detailed Information of Guide: Name, Address, Qualification, Designation, Special Field of Work, Experience, Any Other Important Information

They have stated to use research methodology, and the report should contain the following steps in the research process:

1. Defining the problem and Project Objectives
2. Designing Project Plan
3. Collecting Data
4. Analysis of Data
5. Interpretation and reporting the findings

I am preparing my report, but it is only 30 pages, and I am unsure how to expand it to 65 pages as required.
