I have a humble question: How has your organization arrived at the decision that it needs training on team building and leadership development? Perhaps there are different and more important training needs.

I can suggest a very senior person who is based in Mumbai and caters to renowned clients across India. He is what may be called an 'OD designer'. As far as I know, he will address the question I have raised in the opening paragraph.
