Can someone let me know how to pay the office boys their salary while they are not on the payrolls of the organization? They should not have their TDS deducted as they are paid very meagerly (Rs. 5000 - 6000) per month.

Key Result Areas (KRA) could be defined for an organization/department/sub-department, depending on the position held in the firm, to establish the mission and objectives derived from the organizational goals. These KRAs could be short-term (3 months), medium-term (6 months), or long-term (1 year) as determined by the overall objectives. The achievement or non-achievement of these stated objectives could be used to evaluate an individual during their final assessment.
