Navigating Show Cause Notices and Job Responsibilities in Company Communication

Can you help me in finding the way out? Just giving you a bit of detail:

I'm still an employee of the company, but 13 months have passed since I was given the charge of my present job. Yet, my company hasn't given me another job, neither have they mentioned anything about it. The officials say that the property on which the company is presently conducting business needs a new rent agreement as the previous one is near expiration. They assure that upon renewing the agreement, I will get the job and clearance too. They also mention that neglecting this will result in no job or clearance. For this purpose, the company has sent me 3 Show Cause Notices and Letters, to which I have replied. However, in my recent detailed reply regarding my job history from joining until now, the company claims they haven't received it, despite my multiple reminders. Recently, the company consolidated all the previous Show Cause Notices and Letters in its latest correspondence, providing incomplete information on a single page.

Now, please suggest what I should do next. I must also mention that I have repeatedly clarified my job responsibilities to them, but they refuse to acknowledge it. Interestingly, when passing on a position to me from someone else, they didn't face similar issues, as that person is now the Area Manager of the company. I am eagerly awaiting your prompt response.
