Training Needs In Pharmaceutical Companies

Can anyone give me an insight on wht type of training is required for employees at different levels in pharma companies? How training needs are identified in pharma companies?

What type of non-monetary benefits we can promote in pharma industries. to increase the employee trust and motivation?
Totally, give me the answers in the way of what type of HR policies we can make for Pharma industries to contribute ourself for the industry to improve the productivity.
