Can you please provide me with legality of 'Fixed Term Contractual Employment', general pros and cons, caselaws, guidelines for its execution, practices by industries and any related information you feel relevant.
I have read about it in the Standing Orders Act. Schedule I - 2 (h).
Is there any mention of it in the Industrial Disputes Act?
