I believe new employees may not give you the exact picture, so you can ask the employees who have been in the system for at least six months about how they felt when they were inducted into the company.
Questions to Consider for Employee Feedback
Questions can be about how they were received on the first day, the induction schedule, lunch on the first day, introductions to colleagues, supervisors, workplace, stationery, etc. First impressions are the best impressions, so as HR, we need to make the new joiners' first impression the best one.
