Struggling with Competency Mapping for My HR Internship Project – Any Advice?

Hello everybody, I am pursuing my MBA with specialization in HR. Presently, I am doing my summer internship at an IT company. The topic of my project is competency mapping, and I don't know how to go about it. Can anyone please help me out because I have to implement it from scratch? URGENT HELP IS SOUGHT FOR!
