I have joined a company in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. Here, I am looking after HR and Admin. Can someone provide a list of Managerial/Behavioural Training Institutions in India? This will help me in designing our annual training calendar.

Thank you for your reply. You are right. The Training Calendar is prepared based on the Training Needs identified for the employees of the organization. However, determining where these trainings can be provided is also an important part of the calendar, and this may vary from company to company.

I understand your point. A database of relevant resource persons and associated allied requirements may already be in place in the company, which needs to be consolidated, reinforced, and updated by the new incumbent assigned to the job. This job of filling the gaps of resources is expected to be done by the person handling the portfolio of training/HR/Admin as per the targeted training plan (Training Calendar) of that particular company.
